This is a frequent question so I post here.
 
As you may notice, when you place the cursor over something that is linked, the program shows a tooltip with the name of the destination page.
 
In case you don't want this on the CD, you don't need to assign empty titles to the pages (yes we've seen somebody doing this ), just put the title within {}, e.g. the title within Format >Page properties may be something like these 3 examples:  
 
{this is not shown}this is shown
{this is not shown}
normal title (shown)
