I'm trialling the CDFrontEnd program and have a few questions.
The catalog I need to publish to CD has 30000 items in seven categories.  Can CDFrontEnd Pro accommodate a project of this size?
If so, is it possible to have a series of drop-down boxes, one for each category, on the main page which when filled will display a list of relevant products?  We are selling car parts, and so require make, model, year, car part, fitting, etc to be selected so the customer can be shown a list of all the parts we stock for their particular car.
I'm handy with javascript, PHP and a few other languages and have no problem inserting code if it is possible with this program.
Please advise!  If it can be done with this program, be assured you have a sale.  I've enjoyed using it in the trial period, very thorough stuff!

with the Gold edition you can import from CSV things organized in 2 levels of categories (category / subcategory / product). The theoric limit is 260000 pages (product + cat + subcat). There are no maximum for the number of cat and subcat.

something similar to the drop down (actually lists non dropping) is possible without programming, but you should do something manually. Basically you use frames, floating frames and links and this appears to the end user like a menu.
