Title: Browse CD in CD ROM Drive Post by Kelvin on Jun 4th, 2008, 1:34am Hi, In CDFrontEnd Lite, how can I achieve the following: Clicking on a icon/text, Windows Explorer starts and displays contents of the CD in the CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM drive varies from machine to machine (some are D:, some are F: while others may be G:) Currently I am evaluating CDFrontEnd Lite with some other CD autorun products. Thus far, CDFrontEnd fair very well in our evaluation. |

Title: Re: Browse CD in CD ROM Drive Post by Support Staff on Jun 4th, 2008, 2:05am ...this is explained in the PDF manual under link to external files I believe... sigh! nobody reads the manual :) However, highlight a text, then Insert >Link (or right click an image then Define link), then click the 3rd tab, press the Add+ button, and type this special text: run:mynicefolder will open the File Manager and shows the content of the folder mynicefolder of the CD where your work resides (e.g. d:\mynicefolder f:\mynicefolder e:\mynicefolder ) run: will show the CD root and permits you to browse the CD. Should you need an example file, let us know. |
