Problems importing RTF

I am upgrading (I hope) a large, online recipe book created with RoboHelp 2000. I have tried to import three RTF files with the recipes to no avail. I imported using the RTF ... More pages option but I don't get any of the text in those files, nor does anything I see bear any resemblance to my originals. My objective is to publish something similar to WebHelp on line. Peter

The import usually divides the document in pages that you can span with CTRL + and CTRL - For some particular files, if the import does not work, use the clipboard copy and paste

Thanks for a prompt reply. All I get when importing 3 RTFs is about ten links that go nowhere. There are probably 300 pages in the three files, and I get nothing. If I paste one RTF into a New Hypertext, I get an error "Out of Limit'. Do I have to cut and paste each individual page or recipe from the RTFs? Peter

Yes try with single pages if nothing else works. For diagnostic purpose, You may want to send the RTF (ZIP compressed) to the support staff email address, and we will forward it to the proper people for a test...
