Is there a way to set the percentages for the table columns? I want my regular text in right column with 67% and my headings in the left column with 33%. When I have a graphic, I want the left column with 67% and the right column with 33%. Do you have to drag the columns until they reach the right percentages? or is there another way to set the percentages?

Please read the manual!
Within a table cell, use the Table menu, or right click and choose "Properties".
Then choose the second tab.
You will be able to set up the column % (or to set a fixed pixel size, if you need this)
