I have read the earlier posts but still have trouble.  I do special link, go to the open dialog and try to set a small popup but I can't. I just get a full page, no matter what I do. It just words like a regular link to the page. Please help.

Please test in preview mode.
In edit mode, each special link works as a normal link (this is handy to switch pages)...
