Hi. I recently purchased ebookswriter and am in the process of writing an ebook with it. My question is: is it more profitable in general to offer a general return policy (i.e. 30 days no questions asked), a limited return policy (i.e. 3 days plus return handling fee) or no return policy when selling an ebook. I know a lot of people are "comforted" by the idea of buying a product with a return policy, but it also seems like a lot of other people would just buy the ebook, learn it and return it.

Hum, usually when you purchase a real (paper) book, you can not return it - no way.
