I recently purchased the ebookswriter pro download edition and I love the program, but I'm having a problem finding out how to remove my name from the top bar. I am creating an ebook that I have saved as NBA-2008-01-B.aeh and when I open it to either read it or continue to edit it, the very top bar reads: NBA-2008-01-B.aeh - eBooksWriter (WILLIAM MORDAUNT) is there a way to change the NBA-2008-01-B.aeh in the top bar to read the actual ebook title? (The NBA System Manual.) Sincerely, Kelly Mordaunt

What you see is the Editor. Your readers won't see the editor. They will see the ebook, that will show the ebook title only. To change it, use File >Save as... and then type a more nice name (e.g. The NBA System Manual ) than the present name you used for the file (that's NBA-2008-01-B I understand). Also (for the reader) you may want to remove the title bar at all, it is possible, you can setup this in Hypertext >Current hypertext properties >Read show options. Please notice that this won't preview in the editor (it would be a problem for you to have an editor without title bar or without menus!! ) but these settings do work on the resulting ebook. We know that the editor is really good in What You See Is What You Get, but it does not preview *everything*... The ebook window title and layout is not previewed in the editor. To test this kind of settings you must actually create an ebook (now that you have the editor this costs to you nothing ).
