When I try to do some of the operations an error box pops up with the following message: "There is no disk in the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1" What is causing the error. I am using Windows 2000 with plenty of HDD space and RAM. Regards Alan White

This error happens for some CD drivers in 2000 and XP. It is due to MSWindows. We're trying to get a work around.

Good News ! I was having the same problem. Now there is a fix available on the Visual Vision website. It works
