hi, im using EasyWebEditor and am relieved I came across it coz i didnt have a clue about html. So great work! Anyway, im trying to insert a link to one of my songs but the problem is when I put the mouse over the link, the dialogue box displays the whole path e.g ftp://mysite.mypassword/html/song1 .....i want it just so it shows 'song1' and not the whole path. thanks for any help.

Humm... from what I can guess you're placing a link to a bad url (ftp with password), just use http://yoursite.com/thefolder/thesongname this way the bottom status bar will display this URL, yes, this is the normal behavior of any browser and you can't modify this.
