This is a frequent question. Simply edit the style of the current paragraph (Format >Styles or Format >Current paragraph style), last tab .

OK for the hyperlink without underlining. How about a hyperlink with it's own specific colour. Can I do that? (boy! when will he give us a break?!)

Each style can have its own color. This means (AFAIR) that links on the same line must have the same color. The reason 'cause links are usually underlined and all of the same colour is that links are really important on a Web page, so it is better they are consistent (this is true specially for Web beginners that are often confused when they see non-underlined links, already)
