insert audio or video file

Ok , i have created my site with EWE but when i insert an audio or video file and after i try to see my page on the internet it says "An error in the plug in occured" and i can't hear the audio or see the video !
 
Any ideas what do i do wrong?

Your browser (Internet Explorer ? Netscape ? Mozilla ? Opera ?) is misconfigured.
Please refer to your browser User Manual, or install an alternative browser.

Any ideas how to configure my browser (I use internet explorer as my default browser) about this issue? Any hint would be acceptable cause i don't have time to search through the whole User Manual
