Shopping Cart Address

My shopping cart buttons work and I get mail delivered to the correct mailbox, but here's my question. When I test the shopping cart, I get two Microsoft messages. The first says ' This message is being submitted using email. Submitting this form will reveal your email address. ......' Ok fine. You punch 'OK' and the next box says, 'A program is attempting to send the following message on your behalf' Then I see a TO: that's a blank box (shouldn't my email address be in that box?) and a Subject: box that reads, 'Form posted from Microsoft Internet Explorer'. (and this is the subject of the message I get). Can I do something to insert my email address in this secondary form my customers see? Right now it looks to the sender like the note is going nowhere.
