firefox browser issues ?

I am doubting that my site is properly viewed by firefox browsers..I heard from someone yesterday, that uses firefox that all pictures are missing, and the page is scrambled.!?? I have no idea why, however I am internet explorer and the site looks just fine, and does on other pcs who are using internet explorer and windows platform.. I recvd this message below and wonder, is there a way I can test my site with a firefox browser...or further, what this message below even means ?? Thanks. The obvious question is have you tested your website in the browsers your visitors are using? A website can look great in one particular browser and not work in any other. It is always recommended to code websites using the standards maintained by W3C. This ensures that not only will your website be compatible now, but it will also be compatible for future software!

Hi! The EasyWebEditor code is optimized: it is ok for all current browsers and also for old browsers (most people forget that there are still a lot of old browsers around, and most new web software simply ignores them, while we did a comprehensive and very effective research work in order to obtain perfect pages). As for Firefox, we use Firefox on all our machines. As Internet Explorer is often a hole for viruses, we use IE only for test purposes, and not for normal use.

I read again your text and there is a thing to say. In case you insert within your web pages WMF images, then these particular images are ok only for Internet Explorer. EasyWebEditor does not forbid you to insert WMF images (this feature can be useful sometimes), but it is preferable to use GIF and JPEG images and not WMF if you want your website to be ok for any browser.

from the page source code I see you manually added HTML code. this code contains errors. from what I see, there is at least a ">" in excess please avoid adding HTML codes if you are not an expert. It is easy to make mistakes. certain browsers may ignore some errors, certain other browsers may not. I see that this particular error is not ignored by Firefox. It is however your mistake, not a Firefox fault...... !

I see that you have inserted some code with Insert >HTML >Within text This code is shown in the editor as small icons. You right click on the small icon, Properties, and you can see the code. Then check it and verify it is correct. I have seen with the browser's view source feature that you have (at least ) a double > > at the end of a html instruction. In this case you should remove the second > that is an error. Maybe there are other errors.... maybe somebody else here can find them...... sorry but we can not follow you so deep............ good luck

Hi Thanks for your reply again. I was thinking on each and every page I have one invisible statcounter code that was provided to me by them and I am sure they are reputable. do you think this code could be part of the problem. perhaps I inserted it incorrectly. page properties, script/meta... some pages I see this code inserted in the above mentioned, and other pages I see the code icon, but don't see the script inserted in the page properties etc. I dont know, grasping at straws ... P.S. also each and every picture has a code inserted in image properties to disable print, because of the default explorer print icon that appears when you scroll over the image, I found that to be distracting, so I inserted a code to disable print, which disables that print icon that appeared.
