Too many pages

Newbie here. It's taking me awhile, and I'm starting to get the hang of it, but somethings I just can't figure out.
I have created 4 pages. One with thumbnails using tables and each thumbnail title is linked to an additional page with the photo enlarged.
When I hit the back button, it goes back to the thumbnails, and if I hit it again and again it shows numerous other pages that are either blank, or have pieces of stuff such as: navagation links, header, and the body of the pages.
I deleted all the empty pages I'm not using, but these fragmented pages don't appear on the list yet they still appear when I hit the back button.
I am wondering if others visiting my site are going to see these, and if so, what should I do?

Hi! The visitors of your web site will see only the pages that you link, so don't worry.

If there are blank pages (not linked from other pages) only you see them within the editor, and they do not take lot of space on your hard disk (only a few bytes).

Please also notice that each "frame" is also a page (this way a frame can be reused / hosted within different framesets).

Thank you, so I am doing this right! This is a great program. If I can figure it out, anyone can.
