im trying out the software to convert a webbased tutorial to HTMLHELP format.  the entire documents is around 200 pages.  
 
when i started to publish it, when it comes to 60% the list index out of bounds error pops up.

Maybe this has to do with that particular file.
The fastest way to solve the issue is to contact support@visualvision.com
 
Maybe it will be needed to send us the AEH file (zipped) so we can detect the problem.

For future reference, suggest being careful about characters used in Category and Subcategory values. I had an ampersand in there and got this error consistently; took it out and the error goes away. Probably could edit the .csv file to put these values in quotes if they are important enough. Suspect the same problem will occur with any characters that used as a part of HTML code.
