Is it possible to create context sensitive field help that is accessable via other applications?

...almost any programming language permits you to set up a topic id for a given component. Then when you hit F1 the program calls the helpfile with this topic ID. HyperPublish / PaperKiller does automatically create a "topic ID" for each page, e.g. if you use 3 as topic ID, the page #3 will be shown....... The list of the topic ID is contained within the .HHP file. This should be explained within the proper section of the manual... I've found (online): http://www.roboauthor.com/online_documentation_help_system/create_online _help_documentation_00000a.htm it is the same for PaperKiller=RoboAuthor and HyperPublish. Kind regards, VV
