I was working in hyperpublish yesterday on my web site...and was going along very smoothly and quickly when my computer shut down ( i guess i wasn't paying attention to how much time i had on my battery)  Anyway, I pluged it in and opened hyperpublish to do more work and i get a "unrecognized format" and an error reading file.  I can't figure out to get this back open.  I checked my disc that i'd saved to a while back, and get the same messages with it....I've tried to get help from visual vision...but I guess I just don't get the good support I see every one else gets.....help would be appreciated

I've double checked as you said this also within your last email to info @ visualvision.com

The email hyperpublish @ visualvision.com got disabled by accident for 2-3 days. In any case there is info @ visualvision.com or the contact form at:
http://www.hyperpublish.com/contact/

As for the problem, it looks your file was damaged.

The program automatically create a .bak backup file, e.g. if your file is mickey.aeh, the backup is mickey.bak : with the MSWindows explorer try to rename this one to mickey_old.aeh (use the slow double click to rename a file within MSWindow Explorer).

New versions: use File >Open then on the drop down menu on the bottom select Backup BAK as file format.
