IE9? IE8 IE7's bug with frames

Hi! As some of you already found, IE7 has a very serious bug with the BASE tag and frames.
If the BASE tag is in the BODY section (this is perfecly legal since HTML2.0 rules), IE7 ignores it, thus causing the bad frame behavior.
Please report this bug to Microsoft: they need a lot of people stressing them.
Of course there is a manual workaround, you can correct the IE7 error by using (on each page) Insert >HTML >At page start and by writing
<base target="_top">
It is really sad to have to modify pages/codes just to correct IE7 mistakes.
