adding related topics links

what is the best way to add "Related Topics" links to the pages for a help type setup - with all the links in left frame, the pages on the right etc?
 
I can't seem to see the navigation at the same time as the page I am editing so that I can copy and past the links.

I guess you need something automatic such as the "Insert >Content" feature? Try it.
