Please use F1, then Tutorials, then see the tutorial about PDF.

In short, just include the acrobat reader selfextracting installer (called ar501eng.exe or so) inside a directory on the CD; e.g. /data/
Then write "Click here to install the Acrobat Reader", select the text block, "Insert >Link", 3rd tab, "Add +", then write:
run:cddrive:\data\ar501eng.exe

(if the name is different than ar501eng.exe please replace it).

BTW it is included in CDFrontEnd PRO, CD edition.
