Title: My Documents Folder

Does the software recognise the My Documentss folder as used in ALL windows programs. I have most of my images and pdfs stored there and when I try and add an image the My Documents folder does not show up. I do not want to search my hard disk for the hidden directory. How can I get to these images and files?
