Can CDfrontend create a autorun cd of a quicktime movie if so what needs to be done? What viewer do i need plase Help

You need the QuickTime Viewer, I believe you will find it on www.apple.com or www.quicktime.com

Then just proceed like in the PDF tutorial (hit F1, then Tutorials) just conceptually replace the PDF with the MOV...
