Title: Introduction video framed
Post by ezthinkr on Nov 21st, 2007, 8:09am
I have been asked to add a video introduction to a Product CD created using CDFrontEnd Gold.

The intro would play at start-up and have buttons to skip it and proceed. What about having the introducion page be frames?

Are there issues with sizing the video to fit its frame part only and not be truncated? This is less a How-To question than a Can-It-Be-Done and Is-This-The-Best-Way-To-Proceed.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

frames could be a good approach, but it could also be good to use tables (in percent size) maybe just a table on the top of the video, then video centered and sized in percent, then another table, or another mix...

within tables the video would never be cut.

but there are so many different design approachs, most of them good... I think you should try some and do some tests in the editor in preview mode, by resizing it....
