I have a very large aeh. It has a lot of embedded sound files. I want to make it into a pdf document preserving the links to the sound files and a lot of internal links from pages to left hand navigation panel, back and forth form notes and appendices etc.

Anyone know where I can start? I would be very intersted in finding someone who could do this whole job. Contact me and I can give more details to see about your price. Thanks
