If I sell a resulting ebook developed through EBW PRO and set a password to be given at the moment of payment, is it possible to block the ability to print until they pay? in other words I want to lock the printing option and unlock it at the moment of payment, is this possible?

No, but when they pay you may deliver a second file (or if a CD, you may provide a password for a second file that's already on the CD) where the printing is enabled.
