Hi!

I'm looking for software to create ebooks and read your User Manual.

I just had to ask - why is this a pdf file and not an EBW exe file?

The full registered software has 2 manuals:

1) the internal online manual, ebookswriter's AEH format - not an exe file as the program can already read it in "native" format

2) PDF manual: this is the manual for the printing: you should print this manual and should read it in front of your PC. PDF is very good for creating and distributing free things to be printed.

i wrote and ebook and had it edited. what do i do next. im not sure how to turn it into a pdf file or whats next

No you shouldn't turn it to PDF, you don't need PDF.

Just use the File >Save SFX .exe ebook to save the ebook as compact ".exe" file (this is better than PDF as it is more easy to read for the end user, and it can be protected with serious protection within EBW).
See the chapter 3-4 of the manual for more info about this.

Then you can start selling this file with your website (or external web sites).
Use the search feature of the forum and search for "marketing" or "selling" for topics about these things.
