Anyone offer any suggestions as to how to achieve the following?

I want to create a pop-up, which will contain simple text in a basic table structure.  The pop-up content should be printable on a single page.

At present the pop-up content seems to get arbitrarily re-sized when it prints and I can't seem to find a way of relating the on-screen text and the print version to ensure it fits a single page on the printer.
