how do i set up a forum using hyperpublish?? any help would be nice

A forum is a server-side feature.

Check your host's Control Panel: it is likely you will find a button in order to activate the forum.

It will give you a URL for the forum, e.g. http://www.visualvision.com/forum/

To link from your website to the forum, you insert a text (e.g. "click here to go to the forum"), you select it, you use Insert >Link, you click the 3rd tab, you press Add+ and you type on the left the full URL (e.g. http://www.visualvision.com/forum/ )
