ePub files are a lot delicate: Adobe Digital Editions for just *one* small error blocks an entire file (A D E is really badly written). Have you added HTML somewhere in the pages? It must be *perfect* and XML compliant so, or it will toggle an "error" (trivial, but anything is sufficient to block A D E). Are you using a AEH file created with old program versions (this should not be a problem, normally at 99%, but there are potential issues, with some symbols that can toggle a trivial error)? Mobi is more fault tolerant. You may contact support by email and provide the AEH files you are using.

we have not received your email, please write again at info (at) visualvision.com or use www.ebookswriter.com/contact/ as for A D E, it should ignore trivial things (there are not real ERRORS, as EBooksWriter is an automatic program), not block itself. If a browser would be so strict as A D E, you would see the 0.0000000001 % of the web pages, and the other will display "this page has errors". but so if these verifiers could help you to detect the "errors", what are these "errors"? but please write support, if it something in the program we will fix, if it is (as I suppose) something due to a old EBW work file you are using, we will be able to help you with your specific problem without publishing personal details of your work on the forum

I have just resent my email and a message through the contact page. Can you please confirm that it has been received? BTW: I have just bought and installed EBooksWriter so I didn't use an old EBW work file.

thank you, it arrived. We just replied. It could be you received a version with a minor glitch that has been fixed (I tried your file and EBW correctly saves it as a EPUB file that works in the Adobe Digital Editions).

I have installed the latest version over my existing version of EBW. This has solved the problem. Many thanks.
