After consulting a web design company, I'm being told that the 1site 'diy' software is out of date for todays' internet standards, web browsers, and ecommerce, etc.. I have been using 1st since 2001 ( I think ) first easy web editor, and then 1site...I have been a satisfied customer and really like the ease of use with this software, but I have been receiving emails from website viewers where some can see images, and others can not. some can read pages and others can not, some can view the entire site, and others can not view it at all..blank...I am for sure 'not' a website developer, but the 'internet' world has certainly changed since 2001.. What are your thoughts on this? Have there been updates to the software?

Yes, we have version 2011 now. Just email us (you have our emails) for the quote. A Web design company obviously wants you use them . By the way, to be honest, the basics of the Web, and the golden rules for good pages, have not been changed since 2001. A well designed Web site done in 2001 is better than a badly designed website designed in 2011 But it is mainly up to the man (or woman) that creates the website... the software is just a tool. Everybody can purchase a chisel but not everybody is Michelangelo.
