Linking a swf or exe file into HTML Workshop

I have tried htm saved from power point application and it works with multiple sheets
 
but when i tried naming thefile/url with a swf file or htm linking to a swf file and even the executable format.  there is no response.  how can i overcome this?

In PaperKiller / RoboAuthor to link any kind of file you should use Insert >Link then the 4th tab (where you can choose the file from the hard disk)
