I've just made my first presentation and set it up to run without the headers. Looks O.K. but how to I quit? I'd like a button at the bottom ideally.

You can place an exit link both over an image (button or anything else) or over a text. For example, select a text block, then "Insert >Special link", then select the Close Window tab, then check the box "main window". So a click on the link will close the main window (and all the program). Over an image you can use the right mouse button and choose "Define special link", then proceed as above. I think this is listed in the frequently asked questions too http://www.cdfrontend.com/faq/

Little addenda, an "Exit" option is always present in the right mouse button popup menu.
