At present I think it is 5 or 10 seconds.
It is not configurable... but we will add in the wish list

If the splash screen time is too short for you, maybe you can show your logo in the first page too, then with the "slides" function, Format >Page properties, last tab, you can automatically move the user to another page...

Now there is a trick for this, by inserting within the first page of your work/presentation a "show window" component.

With the GOLD edition, first of all make sure to delete "gold.gif" or "gold.jpg" (either from the "FrontEndFiles" folder, or just don't burn it within the main folder of the CD, deleting it from the Nero/EasyCD screen).

Then, create a new page and put texts/images you want to show for the splash screen.

Then go back to the first page of your CD/presentation/brochure and use

Insert >Page function >Open / close windows

setup the window without titles/toolbars so it will look as a splash screen, and point to the page that you created before.

Then go to the splash page and insert a slide feature that points to another page. This page will be empty apart for a "close window" component (insert it with "Insert >Page function >Open / close windows") that will close the popup.

It's a nice trick, isn't it??
